Just be careful using the word offline, there are some people that can get quite, sensitive, so to speak, about it, just an advice, (I, on the other hand, only got confused at the strange use of it, that’s all).
A sophomoric curse used to describe things that are moronic. High school is meant to wean one off this habit before college, but not for a few guys (me. ;D )

Oh, and by the way, Gabriel Chávez stopped doing Burns’ voice after Season 15, not 14.
Season 16, and onwards is when almost everybody got their voices changed due to salary disputes, (everybody wanted a raise after 15 years working with the same kind of salary, so that was pretty much a given, but FOX refused, and being the cheapskates they are, they were replaced).
