I think that tornado as unpredictable manacing force of nature really suit him well and i dont mind him using that cutie mark in S5 again

I would be deeply disappointed if Discord manifested as the same pony with the same cutie mark every time he took pony form.
 
He’s a shapeshifter. His “cutie mark” isn’t a representation of his talents or destiny, it’s a picture he drew on his flank because he thought it was ironic or funny or a good fit. He doesn’t really have a cutie mark. And he can choose to be any kind of pony he wants to be. (He’s basically screwing with Alice by being a pony, because his stated intention of not being overly noticeable is completely obliterated by the fact that he’s an alicorn. Alicorns are noticeable. They are almost as rare as draconequui. :-))
