Well, it’s probably because she wants a good dicking but has to settle for something less. He’s basically asking for a blowjob, so he’s mostly going to be the one getting any relief out of things. In retrospect… I don’t see why the artist/author decided to make this with such negative undertones. As though oral sex was somehow implied to be heartbreaking.
 
They’re regular lovers if what they’re saying is anything to go by. The closest I can wrap my head around is it’s going for the “he doesn’t respect me enough to accept I don’t want to” angle. But there are plenty of couples that do quickies and favors for each other when only one of them is in the mood to.
