As far as we know from the show, there’s very little discrimination against the other two races by earth ponies. By and large, their inventions, gatherings, and events are all-inclusive and for the benefit of ponies in general. Anything that can be used by an earth pony is free for other ponies to use without restriction as well. Plus they don’t seem to like putting people into classes or puttin’ on any fancy airs, if the Apple family is any indication.
 
Of course there’s the no magic rule on Winter Wrap-Up, but that’s more to keep the holiday historically relevant than it is a rejection of magic.

Unicorns are so privileged that they think they can just barge in anyone, even a party that is clearly identified as an Earth Pony only event.
 
Now if she was entering this party as an Earth Pony’s Special Somepony, then that would be another thing. It’d mean she’s “down” for the “cause.” Once you go Earth Pony, you don’t want no other pony.
 
But just a spoiled little Unicorn mare strolling in by herself? Ha. Better take that Unicorn Privileged attitude back to Canterlot. And tell your bigoted Unicorn cohorts to keep the welfare money coming. Another couple billion and we might start getting close to being even for the STRUGGLE that you unicorns make us earth ponies suffer through.
