The colors here are a bit too saturated, especially on Scoots. It’s tricky to pull off color harmony between dark/pastel colors without causing eye strain. I would recommend muting the brighter colors so there’s not such a strong contrast. As for the artyle; even if you’re going for anime chibis, basic anatomical guidelines would really help improve the overall aesthetic of your characters; structure is important. Now, if the artist ever happens to read this, I hope I helped in some way. Your art has potential, just keep improving. :)

so uh 3 complains here.
 
  1. i dont think babs would wear that outfit, her personality is more confontrative, tomboyish and aggresive, those clothes tell you introvertive, girly etc.
     
    2.ok i dont know how to feel about scoot being a crippled like all i feel is negative things, taking too far her inability to fly, also considering her main talent is using a scooter, making her a cripple would lose like half of her, like making heavy weapons guy skinny and weak or the soldier a commie.
     
    3.this is nothing but the art style freaks me out, i have never been fond of chiby level 9 anime kawaii.
