If there is a law for women to carry swords and are able to cut a fool once per month, then here is my proposition:
 
•Men are allowed to carry heavy caliber, bolt action rifles with fixed bayonets.  
•Men are given ten hours of free rifle training, five hours of bayonet training, and unlimited free bullets for their gun of choice. Must be heavy caliber.  
•Men are allowed to shoot a bitch once per calendar month and it does not stack.
 
*Rifle must be able to hold bayonet and cannot be sawed down and modified. Scopes are allowed but stock iron sights are most preferred. No silencers. Tripods are allowed.

Out of all the Human studies 101 with Lyra pics I’ve seen, I have to say that this one is by far the most accurate.

In most places, there’s no law expressly forbidding the carrying of swords, so go for it if you feel like it, I guess.

…I’d be totally on board with everyone able to carry swords. Have maybe a separate carry licence or something. Maybe bring back legal duels.
