If you go to the artist’s deviantart you can find two things:

Only ones at this point who did recognize her are Scootaloo and Rarity. And the latter of the two is unconscious presently.
…my brain broke at that logic.
They don’t just not recognize her, AJ literally had no idea who Rainbow Dash was. Like she never met anyone with that name before.
Then again, it’s possible some ponies sound like her (does Dash’s VA voice anypony else? I forgot whom.)
