For the first time ever, My Little Pony has generated more than 2,000 new images for three consecutive months! To those who think enthusiasm for pony porn is diminishing, I humbly submit that we are in the middle of record-breaking growth. Season four of My Little Pony has been very good for porn.

I don’t know. Someone asked what the reasoning behind lolicon could possibly be, and I provided the only reasoning I’m aware of. I don’t know if it’s supported by evidence.
How many grimdark images are on this site? If lolicon fuels the desire of potential pedophiles, would “Cupcakes” and other dark corners of the fandom fuel potential serial killers?
The derpibooru admins are just trying to follow the rules. My point is questioning the motivation behind the rules.
I don’t blame the derpibooru admins. They didn’t make the rules. They’re just enforcing them.
You might even have a point, but I don’t even want to enter in the debate.
It’s just that Derpibooru’s goal is to collect all pone and provide them to people, that’s all. Clover and the others just aren’t fighting that battle, so they play by the rules.
It’s as simple as that.
I think the argument is that allowing child porn to exist in any media only feeds pedophiles’ urges and encourages them to prey on actual children. I don’t know if research backs that up or not though.
What is the purpose of persecuting those who possess child porn? Is it to punish them for their fetish or to protect children from being exploited? If the only children featured in someone’s porn collection are fictional cartoon characters, then who’s the victim? I agree that people who molest children should be jailed for life or shot. You can pity people who perv on Lilo porn, but they aren’t hurting anyone.
@Vitruvius
Yes. Tis but a typo. I’ll soon have it fixed.
Nope, the labels are wrong.
See? After Dec-13, there’s Jan-13 again…
I blame copypasta.
Of course it’s because of that.
Does it seem “ridiculous” that the admins don’t want to get jailed for hosting pedopornographic content?
It’s not very meaningful, imo.
How about the increment related the average of the last three months?
It’s the percentage increase. For example, if MLP went from 100 images in January to 150 images in February, it would be a 50% increase.
I’m guessing that means what percent of total images uploaded were pony porns. So even though more R34 ponies are being uploaded there’s more R34 of everything else too
