Well this image shows a number of things:

If the antennae color matching the body color represents female and not matching represents male
If the eye shape represents male or female

Those alone aren’t really matching in this image; Seabreeze’s antennae are mismatching, His wife’s are matching and the baby’s eyes match Seabreeze’s eyes in shape.

Science trivia: The difference between butterflies and moths is that butterflies have enlarged “bulbs” at the end of their antennae like breezies do. Butterflies are moths. Just moths with antennae bulbs.

As for breezies, I don’t see anything that distinguishes the sexes aside from what pronoun Fluttershy uses for them. Seabreeze in particular seemed the most female, until we saw his mate. Even now it just strikes me as, “Wait…THAT ONE is the only heterosexual male?!?”

For the sake of completion, you’ll need to list the possibility that there aren’t any characteristics unique to either sex, as well as the (admittedly unlikely) possibility that we haven’t seen any females yet.

yeah. I think the baby is I girl since I go off of the theory that the antennas set the genders apart. So if its mismatched, its a boy, but if its the same color as the coat its a girl. I don’t really like the eyeshape theory since RD and AJ (and kind of Pinkie) had male eyes too.
