MagerBlutooth: If there’s one thing I’ve noticed that people seem to greatly enjoy about Diamond Tiara, it’s giving her a personality/appearance/attitude/set of interests that deviate from what the show would suggest. Some prefer a version of her that’s overweight, others like seeing her as a closet nerd, and quite a few like to see her ‘redeem’ herself and apologize for everything she’s done in the show. Yes, there are certainly plenty of Alternate Diamond Tiaras to choose from if you’re looking to pick a favorite.
And this is mine.
I’m not talking about Feral Diamond Tiara. I’m not talking about Psychopathic Killer Diamond Tiara. I’m not even talking about Messy-Haired Shut-In Diamond Tiara. I’m talking about a Diamond Tiara who’s hopelessly obsessed with weapons, but not because she wants to go on a murderous slashing spree as this image may suggest. She’s only interested in collecting weapons, as a hobby. However, a looming conflict lurks within that very statement in the form of a simple question: what does Diamond define as a weapon?
There’s so much I adore about this idea and the elements that comprise it. Too much actually to list here. If you’re interested to know, just ask and I’ll elaborate. This is simply the most delicious flavor of Diamond Tiara I’ve ever come across. And that fact was enough for me to feel a definite need to make this vector.

This is a good-looking idea.

one SL and one Comedy example. But far as art? Yeah, could use more art… there are those few dedicated pony fans that just like the art style of the show and give Diamond some cool art, but you barely see Diamond art work around.

If one thing I hate most about Diamondabuse stories, is when they turn the CMC into heartless monsters.
If only someone would write that. We never get any half-way decent grimdarks where Diamond is the one behind all the disappearances.
Starting to wonder if anyone can even think of a nice way to pull a Rainbow Factory/Cupcakes or Sweet Apple Massacre level fic for DT.
Those fics make me want to puke, but it’s nice to get creeped out once in a while.
