Description
This idea came to me a few weeks ago, however I just got the time to draw it over the past few days. My pony OC’s cutie mark is a gavel, and she is an attorney. So, I wanted to incorporate her into a setting with a few of the characters in the actual show. I also really enjoy the villains of the show, and so I chose some of my favorites to go into court. Celestia is the judge and the main six are the jury. Ahuizotl, Discord, King Sombra, Nightmare Moon, Queen Chrysalis, and Sunset Shimmer are all being prosecuted for the crimes they’ve committed (finally). Sunset Shimmer is on the stand while the others are waiting at a table as my pony OC does her job. The Equestrian Flag hangs up behind Celestia (I tried my best when it came to replicating it).
The rest are getting reformed
Didn’t he already got that sentence twice? And the second one, unlike the first one, is permanent. Well, unless the show’s writers decide otherwise, that is.

Sombra: I got revived just to die again?
I wouldn’t call zotl ‘infamous’ so freely. We’ve zero concept just how known he is to Equestria as a whole. Like Daring Do, most people probably think he’s just a part of a fantasy story.
Discord: Well, we all know he gets reformed.
King Sombra: Tyrannical leader responsible for enslaving and entire nation, and making said nation disappear for a thousand years. Death sentence.
Nightmare Moon: Shouldn’t even be possible since Luna was NMM, but I still think Celestia would be forgiving. Would probably walk.
Queen Chrysalis: Enemy combatant, not a criminal. At worst would be placed under house arrest for as long as Celestia saw fit.
Sunset Shimmer: Treason and betrayal of Celestia’s trust. Celestia would probably have her own punishment in mind, and not something like jail.

Now, I cannot speak for the rest of these fine ponies… and whatever you two are (Discord and Ahuitzotl), but my dear Queen Chrysalis here has given me her side of the story. If I may, I would like to let it be known to the jury that she WAS only trying to feed her subjects, after all…
