I hope it is neither A or B. The best writing is writing nobody expects.
Or Fluttershy is so damn passive she does this to herself.
Or A: Breezies are little jerks who will guilttrip Fluttershy into submission.
Or B: They are really useless creatures who REALLY need other’s help to do even the most basic tasks.

I wouldn’t say Breezies being jerks is confirmed, as this is worded rather vaguely. It’s equally possible that Fluttershy gets extremely overprotective and becomes smothering. Time will tell.
