Yes, and this is borderline a different image, but not so different that it really deserves to be seperte. Mostly just improvements on the previous version.
Have you actually tried comparing them side by side or by switching tabs?

IIRC, they did try to give Power Girl a less revealing outfit in the newer comics, but the fanbase complained about it, and they reverted her back to her original “boob window” suit.
Oh and yah, she can like fly and talk to animals too.
