you know how in dr who the episodes leading up to the “bad wolf” episode had little bits and places where the words bad wolf would appear? I’m pretty sure this is what the OP had in mind
The words “Bad Wolf” appeared throughout the first story arc of the new Doctor Who as foreshadowing.
