So…Disney is going to be making a movie set in highschool that deals with the son of Beauty and the Beast and the children of Disney villains…

In this one film, Disney somehow managed to crap both over all their villains, by making them into sitcom-esque petty @$$holes, AND to crap all over their heroes, who sent not only the Disney villains but their kids and supporters to an island that’s basically Devil’s Island by way of Lavrenti Beria – no magic, no advanced technology (which translates as no I-pads and such), and all food has to be shipped in. Heck, they even keep storm clouds hovering over it to because villains don’t deserve to see the sun!
Just because we’re whining and complaining, it does not mean we’re going to sit through it. I mean, who would subject themselves to something they despise am I right?
I have got to watch this. Should prove very amusing.
Wait, it’s only a Disney Channel Original movie, as in, not for theaters? I’ll just go back to not caring then…

Concept alone is not enough to judge.

At least another franchise already stole the Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter having kids, unless they decide to use their version instead of the Lewis Carroll version that one had to use.
But yeah. This is probably the worst thing you can do to these characters.
