Heh. In my head, Ahuizotl is cursing and ranting as his henchcats wave their paws after a fleeing Daring Do. Then, as he starts talking about her glittery eyes and what-not, they slowly turn to him one by one with looks of WTF on their faces.
Realising this, Ahuizotl then cuts himself off with the final “Curse you, Daring Do!”
Curse that Daring Do. She has always mocked me by pretending to flirt while foiling my plans.
However, I am now frightened, for her flirting has seemed unusually sincere as of late. Today, there was not even a hint of sarcasm in her words. One of my minions remarked that she was blushing, as well.
I think I may need to find a new line of work.
