To “MST” a fanfiction is to riff on it like MST3K (Mystery Science Theater 3000) did with old B Movies, except limited to text.
 
Since it involves wholly copying someone else’s work and interspersing it with snarky commentary, it has fallen out of favor with most fanfiction hosting sites - even when etiquette is observed and the original author gives consent.
