By the logic you stated about Droste Mazes, if humanity could make one tailored to affect only nuclear radiation…in theory one could be set over the planet, then shrunk to draw all that radiation into one spot, which could then be contained in something and sent offplanet.

I’m going to match your megaton bomb with a Droste Maze that’s the strongest possible.
 
Now, if the maze is set up in mid-air, then the bomb will just cycle through the same space over and over. Since it’s not technically striking physical barriers, it won’t detonate unless something flies into its path. (Darwin Award on standby).
 
But let’s say it strikes the ground having entered a Droste zone. Though powerful, the blast and ensuing aftershocks are still phyiscal force traveling through space. Therefore, they’ll still be looped over and over until they dissipate. However, the radiation will likewise be contained within a condensed folded space. If the Maze were to dissipate by either conjurer’s intent or rule, the condensed radiation would likely emerge in an explosion.
 
I am not versed in physics, so I’m guessing on that last bit.
 
The moral of the story: just say no to nuclear arms!

I have a 50 megaton Tsar Bomba, the most powerful hydrogen bomb ever detonated. The seismic shock circled the planet three times.
 
I detonate it in the middle of the maze. What happens?

Lightning round! Let’s go:
 
you dig a tunnel out of the maze?  
You dig for hours, tunnel up, and find you’ve emerged in the plot of land as you left.
 
you’re standing outside of the maze, then try to fly over it?  
So long as you stay out of the warped space, you’re golden. However, there is no visible boundary and so it’s very dangerous to fly too close.
 
you have a cannon and fire it inside the maze, where does the ball go?  
It loops through the same space over and over, probably shattering the cannon that fired it and you if you don’t get out of the way, quick.
 
you have a hedge cutter/chainsaw/flamethrower/harvester and mow down the whole maze  
Droste Mazes have varieties, yet the majority are not linked to physical structures. You could cut or burn down the greenery within the area and it wouldn’t change anything. Except that you’d be surrounded by flames with no way out.
