Honestly, I have no clue. Some Twilight bodypillows with a similar watermark (“PRVADO”, note the lack of an “I”) are tagged with said watermark, and there’s a Rainbow Dash one which may have been made by the artist Spazzykoneko. Looking at another image by Spazzykoneko (Questionable, ID:9272) makes me think that it’s either the same artist, or someone who used the top half of that image as a reference for the bodypillow I linked.
 
Then there’s this image >>339409 uploaded effectively right next to this image >>339400, with the artist for the latter tagged as Aikoishika. The style seems close enough that its possible for Aikoishika to have designed the Rainbow Dash one, as well as the confirmed Applejack one.
 
But this Fluttershy one is a different style entirely. There’s no way Aikoishika made this. This PRIVADO/PRVADO bodypillow thing still remains a mystery for now.

Just like the pillow I can assume her bra is stuffed. I’m “down” with that.
