Well,I’ve seen some magicians in other media that are flamboyant on purpose and in some cases,boastful as well in other media.

Like Valant Gramarye and Trucy Wright in Ace Attorney 4,Gob Bluth in Arrested Development,Marisa Kirisame in Touhou,for example.

Seems like Trixie fits with this type of magician.

I still don’t know why Trixie’s boastfulness was supposed to be a bad thing. I mean, nobody wants to see a self-deprecating magician.
