Enemies don’t have hitboxes in their arms or legs.

Here, download this, it lowers the game’s shadows from 4096x4096 to 1024x1024, I don’t know if it works with the new update, but I don’t see why it shouldn’t. Also, make sure that game can run at at least 30 FPS on the main menu.

you kidding? the game is very responsive in my machine, its just whenever i press like WASD it takes a millisec too respond, and even in the menu the mouse cursour lags a bit
That might be because of your computer. Payday 2 it’s a really resource intensive game, lower-end computers will suffer from control lag if they can’t handle it.
my only grip is the laggy controls

I am level 88 and i have never, EVER, finished that level without someone fucking things up.
Don’t remind me.
The first one was really awesome, but the 2nd one is way too easy. Even on its hardest difficulty, you can still breeze through it once you’re high enough level. Whereas in the first game, even at max level, the highest difficulty was brutal.
You know, after playing this game many times i can safely say: i believe i can totally steal a bank and get away with it.
