It’s true. The arcade version was a remake of the home version.
Same BP here. Believe it or not that is true. Look up “Duck Hunt VS”, I believe it was an arcade game. There was a bonus game where the dog jumps around in the background, you can shoot him then but you lose the bonus game if you do that.
I heard there was a version where you could actually shoot the dog, but that might have just been a rumor stemming from wishful thinking.
