But Kingdom Hearts isn’t casual. I don’t know a single casual player that has played Kingdom Hearts… Heck out of all my friends, only two have ever played Kingdom Hearts and only one is as big of a fanatic as I am.
Matador’s more about exploiting elemental weaknesses and press turn than just using buffs.
The main reason Matador’s hard is that by the time you meet him there are very, very few good options for demons to use against him, at the point you encounter him, and you probably won’t have fused one of them by accident.
Basically he only has two real attack skills – mazan and a physical-all attack. If you can get something that void’s force, he’ll probably just wipe his own turns out before he can do anything.
Except I think there’s all of one demon available at that point that nulls force.
I am conflicted. On one hand there’s one of the first games I’ve ever played on my trusty ps2, and on the other the best and most challenging game I’ve played in recent years. Dammit.
On a completely different note , was anyone else a little disappointed by the lack of Satan in Nocturne?
@joethehero2
Hi there. Meet Lucifer and his 65535 HP/MP AND 75% RESISTANCE TO EVERYTHING!
Hi there Sephiroth, meet the literal Devil.
Edited
As would Lingering Resentment.
Hi, Sephiroth and the Phantom Heartless would like to speak with you.
Makes sense.
Because it’s not as hardcore.
But it doesn’t feature Dante from the Devil May Cry Series.
Game Clerk: Oops. Forgot to put the sticker on this one. Slaps a sticker on the box that says “Featuring Dante from Devil May Cry”
Button: MINE!
That Matador is a bitch if you don’t know how to buff/debuff
Nozuchi, Nekomata and Uzume is best team vs. Matador.

Hey, did you ever read the Saltines and Sprite riffs?
I blame Sony for that, there was no actual reason whatsoever for not letting the KH games be on Gamecube as well.
except me for my lack of ps2 :p
Damn right they do! Brofist!
I have, Jim…
I have…
Only through death can I see the end of the horror I’ve witnessed.
