@NGlitch It can be truth in television, but it applies differently to individual people. We separate knismesis (low, pressure, “itching” tickle) and gargalesis (high pressure to sensitive areas). Some people are only sensitive to A or B. (And some to neither.)

Of course, TV probably preferss feathers to avoid any “inappropriate touching”.
