This next one I regret, but I want to make sure my bases are covered:
 
Fluttershy: (when hit, starts to make a motion similar to the stare before flying)
 
Maud: (gets hit…only to still make the stoic face before she starts flying)
 
Cheese Sandwich: (gets hit…and his eyes turn strangely yellow in a manner similar to Weird Al’s “Eat It” video before he starts flying)
 
Queen Chrysalis: (gets hit…and she goes through a half-based transformation of a random pony or two before she gets sent flying)
 
…And I mean EVERY character has to make a different face.

Discord: (gets punched…his face looks like it splits in two before getting rocketed out)
 
Twilight: (gets punched…makes the crazy face from Lesson Zero)
 
Rainbow Dash: (gets punched…makes the face from Sonic Rainboom)
 
Pinkie Pie: (gets punched…hair looks like it’s deflating with the tongue sticking out)
 
Big MacIntosh: (gets punched…poker face still intact, much to everyone’s surprise)
 
Braeburn: (gets punched…thumb looks like it poked him in the eye)
 
…If anyone doesn’t get the joke, the effect of the punch on impact VARIES from character to character. The last one’s a bit of actor allusion on Braeburn’s part.

It’s all in the context. For all we know this might be a changeling in disguise which Giorno figured out, or she might be possessed by something evil.

I doubt Giorno would attack the only pony who could match his fabulousness.  
I mean look at him.
