Just so everyone knows what’s going down, Dr. Hooves and Time Turner are going to be the official names. Just as it was implied from the Time Turner trading card, Time Turner is an alias of sorts for a disguise. (Being an Aide for Mayor Mare would let him keep track of current events rather easily.)
 
The reason the W was dropped was to satisfy the legal departments. Hey, I’m just happy they were able to get approval in the first place. This is a pretty risky move! (Plus, you can still spell it with a W, if you prefer.)
 
Now the only issue left is how we tag him on Derpibooru from here on out.
