GBU-28/Bs were designed to be bunker busters, immensely successful in Desert Storm against Iraqi Command & Control bunkers. It is known as “Deep Throat” because of the channel needed for the explosive in the warhead.

Not really, the AIM-120 is not actually that heavy and can and is often mounted on things like the wingtip hardpoints of the F-16
But those would require fuselage hardpoints.
