Well actually its more accurate to say id be surprised if he didnt add depth, but he probably didnt plan for it. i suspect these two were created to allow him to have a less serious sex-character than icepack, who has slowly evolved into the clueless, emotionally repressed bag of insecurities we know and love.
 
Icepack wasnt always a character beyond ‘male prostitute zebra’, and these arent yet either. But Weaver cant resist fucking with something hes created. Then hell make a fun character, and the whole process will repeat!
