Basically, if you get to McDonalds just as they switch from the Breakfast Menu to their Regular Menu, you can possibly buy an Egg McMuffin or something similar along with a cheese/double cheeseburger.
Omit the bread from one, put its insides into the other sandwhich, and voila, you have the Mc10:35.
