Uh, if i sold Tween Derpy to the Glue Factory, she would never become the Derpy she is now, possibly never meeting Doctor Whooves or Carrot Top. As she also never met Ponet, Dinky would propably not exist, and Cloud Kicker be Doctor Whooves’ companion, with Sassaflash becoming Derpy’s replacement in her “circle” of Raindrops and Parasol. For all we know, Derpy’s being turned into glue would have caused Rainbow Dash\Fluttershy or whoever to die a few days before the events of Episode 1, and\or the Elements of Harmony\Mane 6 lineup to be slightly different and include background ponies. You cannot tamper with the past, unless you’re fated to… or a Time Lord.
 
And i just do not want to sell Scoots to a glue factory… she needs a family- to be Rainbow Dash’s “honorary sister” or whatever…
 
So i just ask Ace McShane to blow up the glue factory, then i adopt Scootaloo, and then i travel back to the past to adopt Derpy, and then i go again to the present day, where an adult Derpy remembers having been adopted by me as a filly\tween.
