Yep, little hairs on female human legs as well as male human legs, especially on the shin area, is a totally normal and natural part of the human body!
There are some things that I can’t see at all until they are pointed out to me. The leg hair is one of those things.
Luckily its not a deal breaker for me and Fluttershy looks quite fun to hang out with :D
I think we’ll call her Florence Shutterman.
Thanks for the feedback; I agree about the line thing. Really, I hated the way her hair looked with black lines, so I changed it at the last minute. If it wasn’t just conceptual and mostly intended for my own reference only, I’d have made it look a little better in many respects, including the color of the lines.

While I’m talking about art, I’ll add that it seems odd that her hair has an outline in the same color as her hair, yet the outlines on her clothing and body are black. Pet peeve aside, it’s still good.
Thanks, dear! I imagine her as Scandinavian, so pretty much everything about her is lily white or as close to that as biologically possible. In the left image, I even detailed in some blue veins on the skin because she’s so translucent, though it isn’t visible.
