Have you ever noticed how each pony in the Mane Six has gone through a transformation that was either evil or just really bad or creepy? Maybe the only exception is Applejack, but even she came very close with the whole pirate thing. Heck, even some characters that aren’t even in the Mane Six (Princesses Celestia and Luna) had evil transformations!

Except… the Mean Six from S8E13 don’t count because those would’ve been too easy. Same with the discorded Mane Six from S2E01 and S2E02. They’re way too cheap.

Okay, good point, maybe this image is very poorly made, but I mostly made it just for fun. Also, I often overlook Spike when I talk about the Mane Six, so I apologise for not including him here.
Pie Hating Rainbow Dash was just a delusion Pinkie had.
Nightmare Rarity. There was Nightmare Rarity and you totally missed it.
Flutterbat was a result of Fluttershy’s friends not listening to her.
Pirate Applejack was just Rarity’s over exaggeration.
Pinkamena is only evil in head canon due to the fanfic Cupcakes. Canonically she is just depressed.
Daybreaker was just a nightmare that Starlight Glimmer had.
I will give you Nightmare Moon. She was specifically created to be a villain.
