In hindsight, while the first Equestria Girls movie could probably have been better, though it wasn’t too bad in my opinion, the sequels make it worth it.
Also, we still have the normal pony show so we didn’t lose anything. People sure worried over nothing back then didn’t they?
@PonyPon
I’ll admit, the first one had its flaws, but I think they can be overlooked. In the end, though, I think liking it or not liking it is a matter of opinion. However, I do think people overreacted to it.
Anyway, yes. Whether you like the first one or not, the second one is way better, in ways that are too many to explain.

Yes, snobs. Even I had an initial knee-jerk reaction to assume that I would hate this movie, but I chose to give it a chance, and it turned to be really good. And don’t get me started on Rainbow Rocks.
The movie was actually pretty good. Who’da thought bronies, a group who wouldn’t exist if they weren’t open-minded, could turn into such snobs? But I guess that’s what happens with any emerging demographic.

Well I gave it the same chance and hated it.
And just from what I hear, the second is substantial improvement. In ways few would predict.

Snobs, huh?
Your anguish sustains me.
I want it to do well to purely to spite these whiny pieces of shit.
Seriously, this would’ve been so much funnier without the “WAAAAAAAAAAH HASBRO WAAAH CLICHE WAAAH RUINED FOREVER” garbage.
they lost and someone drawing the outcome of sunset acquiring spike.
THE END
No, really.
If it does well, maybe they’d make another one (sequel or not) that takes place in Equestria.
