She may still get alive out of this because:

-The grenade won’t explode because it’s too light to pull the pin by gravity.
-The RPG won’t explode, because it’s too short a distance to arm the warhead and the target is too soft to trigger it. It may leave a really nasty blunt force trauma, though.
-The machine gun looks too old and is aimed too high.
-The pistol may work, but the bullet would only hurt her muzzle.

So the most credible threat is the shotgun, but it may not work because it looks like most of its rear part is missing.
