While the rest of the group isn’t confident that he’ll succeed, they are shocked, and a tad bit disappointed to see Thunder walking out with Rarity.

Not all guys get the hate. Many writers chose Spike and mangle his character into some kind of epic sex-god, who gets all the mares and doesn’t retain even a bit of his canon personality. Funny story. I suppose I came to realize many shippers were less super-tolerant and more heterophobic when I giggled when I saw the WA hug, and then the first fic I saw about Rarilane was actually a Rarijack that dealt with AJ getting jealous for Rarity’s show of affection. The continued obscurity of some of my favorite hetero ships, plus the first comment here, kinda spurned me to post this comment.
