I also agree, they managed to make some realism while keeping the show’s overall style but not too much so they can have their artistic style being seen.

Not to say other artists are not good but when you copy an existing style too much it’s a bit sad as the artistic value is also important and bringing your own flair to the thing is always a good thing. Welost’s style is easily recognizable (like Aer0 Zer0) and 3D pony artists don’t have to reuse the same stock SFM models (although it’s harder to do when you don’t know how to create models).

Clopician’s style is a perfect blend between the show’s style, realism and their own for the MLP cast.

I just can’t put into words how much I’m obsessed with looking at this and Clopician’s art, in general, and also artists like Pyropk and Welost. I just love the anatomy, and how accurate it is. I clearly just love horse pussy, so aesthetic, especially with Clopician because all of the muscles and stuff are also so accurately modeled.
