Nah, I don’t mind any that. I don’t care about “stop liking what I don’t like” shit. We have porn here on derpi too after all. What needs reduction is the douchebaggery and hate monging that is justified by “go back to your hugbox, circlejerking faggot” mentality.

People already feel the need to have “forced” intellectual discussions. It’s not very fun though. If you wonder if the porn is still there: Yes it is. Along side the shitty tulpa threads and all those other annoying generals. There are still good threads once in a while.

They should have simply looked at the bright side. Maybe after this /mlp/ will become at least little less shitty place?

Lauren is a grown woman, she can go where she wants. Have any of these people even been to 4chan? Or have they just looked at the thread simulators? Don’t get me wrong, /mlp/ can be really terrible, but they can be good sometimes, and even Lauren said she browses 4chan every once in a while.

Overall it was just a few sourgrapes mostly everyone was chill

This, pretty much. At any point they could simply decide that interacting with the fandom wasn’t worth it anymore. I imagine there’s more positive out there than good.
 
People generally only tend to speak up when something is bothering them. The majority can only type “I AM OKAY WITH EVERYTHING” so many times before it starts sounding trite.
 
That said, yeah, I just tend to ignore the whiners and move on. The most disappointing thing about this is that comments sections are beginning to feel like a chore to read through, rather than a joy. Sometimes, anyway.

idk I imagine they’re more amused by it than anything. Like, they don’t HAVE to interact with the fandom. If it was really bothering them they could just silently exit twitter and carry on with their lives.
 
This kind of thing sort of comes with the territory with any professional level job you do. You write comics/cartoons, you get fanboys spazzing out over everything. You work at Apple, you get investment bankers spazzing out over every minor fluctuation in the stock prices.

Way to generalize the fandom. Why blame the fandom’s negative reaction when /mlp/ always made up huge amounts of drama over every convention, Mando, Sibsy, Purple Tinker, Twilicorn and McCarthy.

That’s hilarious because I recall the brony fandom helping out with donations while /mlp/ jerks off to dead fluffy ponies and generalize bronies for all being neckbeards time and time again.
 
The biggest cancer of this fandom is the fact that a lot of fans are completely self-loathing of themselves and the other sub-communities (most of /mlp/ and apparently Ponygoons.)
