yeah, but my point is that they’re going to be on their guard and wait until they’ve sold more systems than nintendo and microsoft combined before relaxing their guard and inevitably screwing up in that first day.

Doesn’t matter to me how Microsoft does their E3 conference, they already got three strikes from me. Strike 1: No backwards compatibility. Strike 2: Making the Kinect 2.0 mandatory. Strike 3: Having to still pay full price to play a used game you bought.

wait, microsoft does realize that the distribution of used games cannot be restricted, right? their little “you must buy the game twice” bullshit… well, I’m predicting a second gaming crash to occur shortly at this rate. I know I’m not going to be buying anything by microsoft or nintendo, and sony’s just waiting in the wing to pull some dickery once people buy their system because it’s they’re the only company that hasn’t raped their customers lately.

That makes me remember that not long ago there was some company(I think it may have even been Microsoft) was thinking of used facial recognition on a system to limit how many people could watch a movie at home and it would lockout the movie playing it you had more then a set number of people watch the one copy, and it would keep track of who viewed it as well, so say the limit was three people, the three could watch it just fine but that copy of the movie would only work for them and not any other.

I was happy when MS essentially shot themselves in the foot since it pretty much paved the way for Sony domination this gen. I really looking forward to it.
