There’s been a trend on Twitter of people reinterpreting and older trend. Many artists drew art of Twilight being made at Sunny for continuing magic with her own intervention. However this is pretty out of character for Twilight to say or do, so people did a twist on it where Twilight shows gratitude towards Sunny for keeping her legacy alive. I loved this trend so much that I knew I had to throw my hat into the ring. And wow was this so much fun to draw. It’s not every day I get to draw something this emotional.

Twilight: When we first met, I was broken because of my mistakes; especially some which nearly lent victory to Opaline and nearly brought back Grogar. But you still believe in me. You heal my heart. I was so proud to’d been a mother to you as you were a daughter to me. And you prove the right chocie as my heir. Brave, gentle, jolly, clever, loyal, honourable, and responsible. You kenw how family was more imporatnt than power. This I had to learn the hard way. My time ends and yours goes on. Thank you for healing this world I saw get ravage because of my mistakes. Thank you for stopping war from ending the worlds. Thank you for being my daughter. Thank you for everything.

It be nice if Twylight return and becaqme to Sunny as Celestia was to her. And this be a lovely choice of last words for her death scene; she passes on happy Sunny has heal the world.

Pixel Perfection - Hot Pockets Spotted

Cute, I do agree I think this “magic was not yours to give” trend is pretty OOC. Doesn’t help when some people seem to genuinely think it’s a good idea, as if making the old main character evil ever works well.
