Description
Amethyst Sprint, it could be said, had been having a wonderful day with her new friend.
The two had quite literally bumped into each other after Amethyst had dropped her daughters off at the local schoolhouse, and after quick apologies had been exchanged, they had rapidly struck up conversation.
The tall and athletic mare knew about this whole “friendship is magic” thing- after all, Princess Twilight in particular wouldn’t shut up about it, but this was the first time that she had ever met another pony that seemed to step straight into her heart, and fill a place therein that Amethyst never realised was there.
Before long, they had both had a quick bite to eat together at Cinnamon Swirl’s bakery, chatting up a storm the whole time. Amethyst had never become instant friends with anypony in her life, nothing like this.
But Amethyst already understood deep down in her heart, that Dream was somepony that she could trust, somepony that she could confide in. Perhaps like a sister that she never knew she had.
Amethyst smiled at her grinning friend.
Yes. Today was a good day.

Hey everyone!
It’s been a while since I did one of these, hasn’t it? So in a nutshell, I saw this adorable open collab and decided to take part in it- this time using Amethyst Sprint, as I’ve never used her in a collab before.
And as usual, some words fell out of my mind and created a little flavour text. It may or may not be a little janky, but I’m kinda out of practise, and I’m trying to improve my skills.
