Hey, I know what you are going through. I’m going through it as well. Depression and schizophrenia have rocked my life for more than 10 years now. But no matter what your mind tells you, you are stronger and better than the lies. It is not your fault, and you are not a disgrace. It’s something I had to remind myself of everyday as well. We will get through this together
