Shining Armor - “You’re my little sister. Of course you’re important to me. But I’d understand if you didn’t want to be my best mare now.”

Twilight Sparkle - “You want me to be your best mare?”

Shining Armor - “Well… yeah.”

Twilight Sparkle - “I’d be honored!”

Twilight Sparkle’s B.B.B.F.F (Big Brother Best Friend Forever), Shining Armor, was getting married to her favorite foal-sitter, Princess Cadance, and our purple smart bookhorse had the great honor of being his best mare. Not even the evil schemes of the wicked Queen Chrysalis and the Changelings couldn’t ruin one of the best days in Twilight and her brother and sister-in-law’s lives. Twilight might’ve had a low view on friendship when she was a filly, but she had the best friend any sibling could ask for. They shared their hopes and dreams, Shining taught her how to fly a kite, and although they never had a fight, they would compete with each other for Sibling Supreme. Their adventures, together or apart, reminds them and everybody else that even siblings can become the best of friends.

In honor of MY big brother’s wedding last year yesterday, I decided to make a vector of Twilight and Shining back then. And the best choice would be from “A Canterlot Wedding”, the two-part episode when he got married. Just like Twilight and Shining, my brother is my B.B.B.F.F., and I was given the honor of being his best man. I guess at this point, I definitely have something in common with my favorite pony. Here’s to our Big Brother Best Friends Forever.
