You accidentally a triple negative here, it should actually be: “there isn’t a square inch of this doll that would be untouched” (or “wouldn’t be touched” alternatively).

(Ignore what I wrote previously if seen, I’m tired)
It wouldn’t be triple negative because “that” creates an introduction to a subordinate clause, but yeah double negative.

Dialogue typically sits outside the bounds of grammatical correction, and there’s exceptions to double negatives in subordinate clauses, but it would be more efficient without the double negative.
