Is the point no one enlists? In-universe it should at least try to make it more appealing, instead of “become as bad as the evils we fight”, if that’s the point. Maybe this one it’s too subtle for me to understand.
The art is good, though, I have to give you credit for that.

A propaganda piece tries to position the viewer to support their side, either by demonizing/ridicule/weaken the enemy or exalting and glorifying the sender and their values.

This one gives the feeling of “let both sides kill each other” instead, and won’t let the target side with anyone. Both are angry monsters, the unicorn raider has guns drawn and a spiked collar, but it’s better lit and clean.
