Honeycrisp Apple is a 46 year old pegasus mare who is a member of the extended Apple Family, and is the owner and manager of a small orchard and farming operation just outside the sleepy town of Tall Tale, located on the westernmost point of Equestria’s west coast.
Physically, she is in good health and condition for her age, and only suffers with mild aches and pains in the mornings before getting to work as normal. Apart from that, she has no long term ailments or illnesses of any kind. Additionally she has immense physical endurance, and has above average flight abilities.
Notably, though the occasional grey hair is beginning to appear in her mane and tail, she has barely aged since her twenties, and retains the lithe physique and youthful appearance that she has always had. With her practical and short mane and tail, she is seen as a rather pretty mare by many ponies.
As a pegasus, she has had to work particularly hard to keep up with the earth ponies of the Apple family, but since she began working the farm, she has always proved that she can do just as good as her earth pony family and colleagues.
Despite this, Honeycrisp remains eternally humble and modest, and refuses to take any credit for anything she has done, instead just saying that anypony could have done it, and that she’s nothing special. By nature, she is a calm and relaxed individual with a good word for everypony, and is an absolute pacifist.
Honeycrisp has a small group of friends, and a fairly small group of acquaintances beyond that, and she would say that she is happy as things stand right now in that regard.
Honeycrisp does indeed like to drink alcohol- for her, she prefers hard cider and beer rather than drinking liquor. She is not an alcoholic, but does have a very strong constitution and it takes an awful lot of booze to get her buzzed, let alone drunk. She also is a moderate smoker, but only smokes the non-carcinogenic Equestrian cigarettes, and only smokes in her free time, and never during work hours.
When it comes to more personal matters, Honey, as her friends call her, is currently single, and heterosexual. She is not opposed to trying new things, and thus doesn’t really care about the species of a prospective suitor, so long as they are physically compatible, and treat her with care and respect.
However, it is known that Honey will not engage in any sexual activity until she is sure that she is comfortable with a partner and knows that she loves them. This is non-negotiable, as she has a rather old-fashioned outlook on that sort of thing.
Honey may not be the most cuddly of mares, but she does love to be stroked and massaged, especially down the sides of her neck, and along her back between her wings. Her wings themselves, however, are not to be touched unless she trusts you utterly.
