Don’t worry, it’s just regular air. She’s just a variant of a balloon pony and they all inflate themselves by sucking in air. You can also inflate her by blowing her if you like :D

Well this is fantastic. “Whoopsie Daisy” is a great name. I actually had an idea for a clown pony that goes by the same name, her special talent is inflating balloons… in a very unorthodox manner. Great drawing!
