if you’re referring to one of those old fashion fans, I know even those variants were able to spin as fast as modern ones today, and this fan is way too slow to push any air out of the building, heck I know that fans in vent shafts are able to spin faster then that (mainly to vent out dangerous gases).

Seeing as everyone seems to be complaining why the fan appears to be spinning ridiculously slow, the only possible excuse I can think of is that perhaps there might have been some animation issue with having it spin at a certain high speed. I mean, we’ve already been informed the practical reason Jazz has no ears is due to some persistent rendering issue, so it would not surprise me if a similar reason might explain the slow speed of that fan.

Okay these technological advanced seems off, if there’s smartphones, flat screen TVs, remote control drones, etc, why is there not any fans that spins at a fast enough rate to push/pull air effectively, or heck there isn’t any ACs around either!
I mean it’s not that far off from real life. I work at a place that has face recognition for clocking-in but we still use those dinky-ass plastic standing fans to keep the room cool.
