Omg, I wouldn’t have thought this drawing would cause such controversy. I can assure you that there are no β€œgenitals” here, nor were they intended to be. I don’t know where my mistake was, but next time I’ll think twice before drawing something like this.

We’re not talking about the sketch, but about the final result. Even if the artist didn’t intend genitals, the resulting art looks exactly like it contains them.
With the same success, the author could draw a duck, but claim that they meant an eagle, because it was in the sketch, and they usually doesn’t draw ducks.
Well, in my opinion it’s definitely a duck.
