I’d say late teen (16-18) to young adult…The School of Friendship is much like Hogwarts. A.k.a. a college. The CMC and Cozy are definately younger than Sandbar…who the others are mostly around the same age as seeing as when Ocellus takes on her pony form she very close in size and stature of Stygian who is a scholar and seems to have been around 19-22 before his body was taken as a host for the Pony of Shadows.

Is the matching cutie mark really a bad thing though? They did have individual different parts within those shields on the marks, so it’s not like they got the same one. :)
I was really happy for CMC, when they got their marks! They accomplished their most important goal they had for such a long time! Not many people can be that lucky.
And getting a matching mark means they share a very close connection as friends. That’s sweet. :)
