Sorry in advance for the long comment.
Yeah that’s what I meant. It’s usually the uploaders, artist or other users, that will respond in mass or as you said the moderators, but they also do it because sometimes big arguments break out in the comments. I’ve seen enough of it happen over the years (the jolly good political pictures…), but that’s just me seeing that. Yes, some artist also do this, not just mods and users and I can think of a certain artist now that responds to a lot of people for most of their uploads.
Very valid point. Hard to argue that, but as long as I’m not being overly negative about the picture I can freely express something in the picture I don’t like. It’s only a personal opinion so it should never influence the uploader to change anything. “Oof, I don’t like Burger King, but I love how this character is chowing down on that Texas Double Whopper. This artstyle is good.” Something like that. This isn’t the first time I’ve done this and I don’t see a lot of unconvincing armor pics here so I never needed to hide the tag…well probably because I filtered associated tags that go with it which could be the reason why. We can still express something we don’t like about a picture while giving it overall praise. Lemme see, there are artist that do a very good job combining their style with…for example hypnosis art. Some people don’t like hypnotized or mind-controlled victims, but how the artist displaying it usually gets positive attention still which is a great thing. It’s why I love the creative art world. We never want to bring an artist down over what they like to draw, but that’s a fantasy reality since it will always happen.
Alright I did my best explaining what I could. Sorry again I’m going too long with my comment. The picture overall is very well done like I said seven days ago. There’s nothing wrong with what’s happening here, but I seriously despise lewd sexualized armor personally. I can hide the tag and move on yes, but the tag for it isn’t big in numbers and I don’t see much of it here so that’s why I didn’t filter it.

I just did it because it was the quickest way to respond to a lot of people at once. I have seen plenty of other users do it, including Derpibooru moderators. And I haven’t seen too many artists talking that way or responding to comments at all (many posts are uploaded by users other than the artist, so the artists don’t get notified on comments in threads. This image is an example of that, made by Asimos but uploaded by Zero Two).
Okay, if you don’t like sexualized armor, why comment here at all, then? No one forced you to look at this image, or any images under that tag. I like this kind of art, always have. And I am sure there are others that like it as well (especially since this post got 251 upvotes, as of this writing).
You can always hide the tag, if you don’t want to see it.

You’re responding to everyone here like you were the one that drew the picture, something most artist usually do to quickly respond to as many comments as possible in one thread (or if there’s a huge argument in the comments section) so it’s why I asked. Sexualized armor is something I don’t like in general and I’m free to express that, but I wasn’t being harsh or critical of the picture. It’s very rare that I like something like this no matter how good it looks.

Of course I read it. I was responding to your comment saying ‘not into unconvincing armor stuff and all that goes with it, but this is very well done’.
My point is you shouldn’t be so critical. It is a very well made drawing (not to mention incredibly adorable).

I think that armor of any kind, convincing or otherwise, is completely useless. It is way too heavy and restricts movement, limiting the speed and agility of the wearer. There’s a good reason why soldiers stopped wearing it, haha.
@Southpaw
Um…who? And ye, Fluttershy can wear just about anything and make it look adorable.
@WolfKingLeo
Frankly, I don’t think combat is even her objective here, lol. She is likely taking the position of a medic, if I were to guess.
